What you choose to share
The coverage review asks for your insurance goals, current coverage, age range, state, connection to military service, name, phone number, and optional email. It also offers a high-level health and tobacco overview. You can choose to discuss health by phone instead. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, payment details, or military documents through this website.
How your answers are used
When you submit a review, The Wolle Agency stores your answers to prepare for and respond to your request for an insurance consultation. We record the version of the contact consent, submission time, and any request for a follow-up reminder. Submission does not apply for coverage or authorize access to medical records.
Who can see your information
Submitted reviews are available through an access-controlled agency dashboard. Hosting and database providers process the information to operate the site. If email delivery is enabled, our email provider processes contact information and messages. Health answers are not included in notification or acknowledgment emails. We do not sell your review or distribute it to other agents.
Email and contact preferences
We use the contact details you provide to respond to your consultation request. Where available, you can separately request one follow-up email. You can ask Xander to stop further contact or use the stop-follow-up link in a reminder. A future insurance application may require separate carrier disclosures and authorizations.
Storage and technical information
Quiz answers stay in the page until you submit them; they are not saved in browser local storage. Submitted answers are stored on our hosted database. A temporary, essential cookie associates call or scheduling actions with your submitted review. Hosting systems may process technical request information for reliability and security. A short-lived, hashed network identifier limits repeat submissions. This site does not use advertising pixels or send health answers to advertising platforms.
Calculators and scheduling
Calculator entries are processed in your browser and are not submitted to us. Scheduling uses Microsoft Bookings, which processes appointment information under its own privacy practices. The embedded calendar may set its own cookies. Do not include health details in booking notes.
Your choices and records
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we control by emailing xander@wolleagency.com or calling (404) 386-1775. We may need to verify your identity. We keep business records as needed to serve your request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; those obligations may limit deletion. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed risk-free.
Updates
Changes to this notice will be reflected in the effective date above.
